Crook O’Lune is a holiday park, not a residential park. This means that you can not legally live onsite and you will need to maintain a main residence while you own your holiday home. This is a 12 month season park, so you can visit all year round for extended stays, if you choose, but it cannot be your main home.
There are several ownership fees that need budgeting for including: pitch fees, service charge rates and insurance. Electricity and gas are charged on a pay as you go basis. Gas is most commonly bottled, however select parks and plots have a piped connection for additional convenience. Electricity is a metered supply payable twice per year.
